Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy (PT) is a specialized professional therapy that targets the evaluation and
treatment of problems with various physical needs to improve the overall quality of life.

Physical Therapy, A Fun & Interactive Experience

PT for children focuses on learning new skills to enable children with physical disabilities to move and interact with their environment as safely and smoothly as possible.

Target areas for pediatric PT include learning to roll, sit, crawl, walk, run, jump and play sports.

Our PT’s make therapy a fun and interactive experience— therapy activities look exactly like play! PT’s utilize common playtime games along with specific therapeutic techniques that target areas of strength, balance and coordination for improvement.

Playtime With Baby

For our youngest clients, S.E.E.K. Arizona offers a specialized PT program called Playtime with Baby.

This class meets weekly and offers a unique opportunity for parents to of infants with special needs to learn hands-on techniques to help their child’s gross motor development.

Each session is individually developed for your son or daughter by a PT who specializes in infant therapy, and the programs typically span eight weeks.

Physical Therapy for Adults

Increase Your Mobility

Our licensed PT’s specifically target a wide range of issues relating to gross motor function—issues with muscles, nerves, joints and bone—that result in decreased movement.

PT’s target these problem areas and deficiencies for clients of all ages and backgrounds to learn or re-learn these movements.

Therapy is performed safely and efficiently in a client’s preferred environment, whether at home, school, or in the community.
