Adult Horizons Transition Program

Participants in the Adult Horizons Transition Program meet to learn and discuss ways in which an independent quality of life can be achieved. For young adults ages 17 and up, this program has two primary objectives: Independent Employment and Independent Living.

This course provides three hours of opportunity and support weekly for participants to maximize their potential for independence.

Facilitated by experienced instructors, this program is dynamic, fun, and important for young adults in their quest for success.

For this program, S.E.E.K. Arizona accepts DDD, Magellan, Mercy Care and private pay options.

Independent Employment:
One of the necessary steps toward independent living is the successful procurement and maintenance of gainful employment. Participants understand this vital component and are provided various tools and skills that support this goal.

Independent Living:
